Professional Background
Robert Lantz has over 30 years of experience as a commercial and business litigation attorney. After obtaining his law degree from Drake University, Robert began his legal career as a staff attorney with the U.S. Trustee Office in Kansas City, Missouri. He later transitioned into private practice, focusing on the areas of:
- Civil litigation
- Bankruptcy
- Insolvency
- Business transactions
Mr. Lantz further developed his career through a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Sidney B. Brooks, Bankruptcy Judge (ret.), sparking a passion for international transnational insolvency and promoting the Rule of Law in Eastern European countries, Russia, and other emerging nations. Now, Robert uses his experience in both the public and private sectors to help businesses succeed and protect their interests.

Robert approaches legal practice as a craftsman, emphasizing the importance of completing transactional work upfront to help businesses avoid costly litigation in the future. Mr. Lantz prides himself on his responsiveness and transparency when communicating with clients. Robert also ensures clients consider all the alternatives before engaging in costly and time-consuming litigation.
Community Involvement
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Lantz serves as the President of the Denver Council on Foreign Relations, the oldest international organization in Denver. He is also a Board Member and Treasurer of ALIGHT, a local non-profit dedicated to connecting survivors of human trafficking with qualified lawyers to address their unique legal needs.
Outside the office, Robert enjoys taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoor recreation opportunities with his family.
