Eric also relies on his background as a commercial litigator to identify potential issues in commercial transactions and assists his clients to insulate themselves against these potential concerns.
If the need for litigation does arise, Eric is a proven litigator who is ready and willing to fight for his clients to help them protect what they have built. Outside of the office, Eric is an avid skier and serves as a volunteer ski patroller at Loveland Ski Area. Eric also serves as the legal advisor for the Rocky Mountain Division of the National Ski Patrol.
